How to level up
Newbie → Islander: complete the Newbie Journey and pass a host evaluation.
Islander → Navigator: host regularly (10+ sessions) and get invited as a Newbie Evaluator.
Navigator → Ambassador: host 30+ sessions and stay consistently active in the community.
Tier upgrades are granted by the LangIsland team based on the conditions above.
